This notice explains how we process your personal data when you visit lightlifespa.com, under KVKK (Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data). The data controller is Light Life Spa. You can reach us at merhaba@lightlifespa.com.

What data the site processes

The site has no forms, accounts or online payment. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email.

Like any web server, our hosting server writes your IP address, the page you requested, your browser details and the time to an access log when you open the site. It keeps these logs for security and troubleshooting, and we do not use them for any other purpose.

The site uses no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tool that measures your visit. Fonts and images come from our own server.

Links and third parties

When you tap a phone number, your device makes the call. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps links take you to those services; the information you share there falls under each company’s privacy policy.

We use the name, phone number and booking details you send us by WhatsApp or phone only to plan your appointment.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether we process your data, to request information, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to processing. You can send your request to merhaba@lightlifespa.com.
