How to plan a spa day for yourself
Set up the flow from hammam to massage in the right order and plan an unhurried day that leaves you rested.

Leave a real gap in your schedule
A good spa visit should not end with you rushing out the door to your next commitment. Leave some free time before and after your booking so you can prepare and rest at a calm pace.
Decide on your goal
Easing muscle tension, trying a traditional Turkish bath or taking a quiet break each need a different plan. Tell the team what you expect when you book.
Move from the heat rooms to the treatments
A typical spa day can run like this: shower, a short session in the sauna or steam room, rest, then the hammam or a massage, and a final rest. Not every step suits everyone, so plan the length and order around your own needs.
Keep it small and balanced
You may find it easier to pick two or three treatments that work well together than to fit every option into one day. Take breaks between heat rooms and drink water before you feel thirsty.
Leave time to unwind
After the spa, plan a quiet transition and keep the rest of the day light. If you are unsure about your health, consult your doctor before heat treatments and massage.
